This place is truly a gem. it probably rates as one of the accommodation highlights of our 3 month holiday. The place is wonderfully clean, extremely well provisioned, gorgeously decorated, has an incredible view, and is character-filled. Maggie is a fabulous host and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting and chatting with her. The extra little touches such as a packet of nice biscuits, milk etc were greatly appreciated. Had we known beforehand what a pleasure it was to stay here, we would've planned to have stayed even longer! Thanks for a truly memorable and refreshing time!

Beautifully converted barn makes a wonderful space - in reality, it is even more picturesque than on the photos. The barn is a great base to visit Bath, Bristol, Stonehenge from, but also to explore immediate surroundings. Maggie is truly a superhost, having provided everything needed, advised on local walks, shops, eateries and made us all (including the dog) feel very welcome

We spent a week at Old Dairy Barn and it was an extremely comfortable place to stay. The bedroom had magnificent views over the village and across the valley to Bath. The living space had all the amenities you needed and there was a large bedroom and excellent shower room. Outside there was a sunny courtyard. I enjoyed walking through the very pretty village to the shop for provisions. Bath was very easy and there was so much to see. And Maggie was very helpful in this respect.

We had a lovely stay at the Old Dairy Barn. There were beautiful views from the top floor and the location was very peaceful. Our toddler and dog enjoyed the space. The Crown was very close by and was an excellent place for Sunday roast- very child and dog friendly as well. We had fresh croissants from the local market each morning and enjoyed the locations proximity to Bath.

We have just returned from our 5th visit to the wonderful Old Dairy Barn. It is a marvellous place to stay, just outside Bath, in the perfect village of Bathford. Quiet, private and comfortable with a lovely owner who is immensely relaxed and helpful. Dog walking heaven and very easy access to the city of Bath. The best AirBnB we have ever stayed in.

We only wish we'd been able to stay longer! What a special place - so peaceful, yet close to Bath city centre, accessed via a stroll along the Kennett and Avon canal. The views from the bedroom window made getting up early easy: pink mist with birdsong. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy Barn. It was both spacious and cosy at the same time and the views over the local church and hills behind were lovely. Maggie was a great host and helped us with walk suggestions which worked for our children. We all enjoyed chatting with her and meeting her dog! The village is good for families with quick access to the countryside, a pub, shop and sweet playground. And it is in a perfect place to explore Bath and the local area. We'd wholeheartedly recommend a stay there.

The Old Dairy is a cosy cottage on a quiet lane just a short drive to the centre of Bath. The views from the master bedroom are wonderful overlooking the local church, with Bath in the distance.The property was well equipped and had everything we needed(including 3 Jane Austin DVDs)and was spotlessly clean and tidy. Communication with our host was excellent before and throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. We loved the small courtyard to sit and have a coffee. All in all, we had a delightful Staycation!
