The newly renovated accommodation comprises open plan living/dining room and kitchen area with beamed ceiling and inglenook fireplace. The stylish kitchen has solid oak worktops, and is an exceptionally well equipped vacation rental. An original stone staircase leads to the first floor rooms.

The first floor leads directly into a galleried bedroom with a solid oak double bed under the eaves of a magnificent beamed ceiling.
A shared bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin accesses both this and the smaller twin bedroom.

The master bedroom and bathroom are linked to a smaller twin, also with exposed beams and with two antique single beds, The room has been lovingly decorated and is an ideal and safe space for one or two young children.

We love to welcome children here. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are provided for your use. Games, jigsaws and toys are available, and a babysitting service is offered. There are lots of opportunties for cycling and boating in the area. Children love to explore the canal between Bath and Bradford on Avon.

We have a dog of our own here, and we welcome up to 2 dogs to Old Dairy Barn. High stone walls mean that the patio garden is contained, and is safe for dogs off the lead. There are plenty of lovely walks from the front door. We can provide a large floor cushion and medium crate on request, and provide dog bowls, treats, blankets, towels and poo bags for your dog. Please note we do not take puppies under 6 months.
